PC-Fixer offers a friendly, professional and quality service encompassing,
software configuration, PC repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, wireless networking, home tutoring, IT advice & guidance and other essential services.
Our standard call-out rate is only £35.00
which is inclusive of first 30 mins labour and normally sufficient for most Computer upgrades & diagnostics. Follow-on 30 min periods are charged @ £14.00.
Workshop Jobs
Some jobs require taking your PC back to PC-Fixers workshop as the on-site labour charges would be excessive, PC-Fixer provides fixed "workshop-job-rates" - so you always know where you stand. PC-Fixer will collect your PC and issue a receipt, on job completion your PC will be returned to your home, reconnected and booted in your presence. Pc-Fixer guarantee to return your PC within 48 hrs, however, 90% of jobs will be returned within 24 hrs.
No-Fix-No-Fee
Yes really, we offer a no-fix-no-fee service which applies if we are unable to diagnose and repair a fault, we don't believe you should pay for not having work done (but then again, there probably isn't anything we can't fix). However, if a fault is diagnosed and you chose not to proceed with repair you will still be liable for the fees incurred up to that point - time is money as they say.
